Start-ups have a palpable excitement level. I enjoy being part of a business growing from the ground up, and helping them carve their own path and navigate challenges along the way.
Experience: I work with companies on all types of financings, SEC and listing compliance, governance and general corporate law. I work with start-ups at each stage of their lifecycle, from formation through funding, to an exit event or IPO – and then through their life.
Off the clock: Hanging out with my two young kiddos and, each fall, teaching them the importance of being a loyal supporter of The Ohio State University Buckeyes football team.
