I like getting to know clients as they’re starting their businesses, then developing long-term relationships with them and working on their deals year after year. Learning and understanding my clients' business goals helps negotiate the right agreements to meet their needs.
Representative Experience: For clients, I have negotiated numerous license agreements with university tech transfer offices. These licenses form the foundation for clients to build their successful businesses. deals have been popular over the last several years: clients agree to sell their technology, or the company, to a large company for a pre-determined price if certain development milestone targets are hit.
