I like starting in on the ground floor and then developing long-term relationships with my clients and working with them on deals year after year. It's interesting to learn and understand a client's business goals so that I can negotiate the right agreements to meet their needs.
Representative Experience: For clients, I have negotiated numerous license agreements with university tech transfer offices. Our clients then have the foundation to build their successful businesses. deals have been popular over the last several years: clients agree to sell their technology, or the company, to a large company for a pre-determined price if certain development milestone targets are hit.
