Join Republic for the third session of their free three-part Masterclass Series that digs deep into what angel investing really means with a stacked lineup of seasoned angel investors. Speakers for this session will be Natalia Martinez-Kalinina, Amnita Angels and Lee Fan, Hunter Pacific Fund.

Natalia is an incoming Republic Venture Partner and an organizational psychologist and strategist focused on merging innovation, entrepreneurship, and community impact. She founded Aminta Ventures, a diverse coalition of South Florida female business leaders, entrepreneurs, and philanthropists passionate about harnessing the innovative power of women. She focuses on creating connected communities and vibrant ecosystems, most recently by leading the expansion of the Cambridge Innovation Center to Miami, seeking to deepen and nuance the conversation about entrepreneurship, and build tangible bridges to innovation hubs and Latin America. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Government from Harvard University and an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.

Lee Fan is an incoming Republic Venture Partner and Founding Partner of Hunter Pacific Fund. She brings a unique blend of operational skills, financial expertise, and strategic advisory to venture investing. She was most recently the CFO of GrubMarket as a cross functional strategy executive, with over fourteen years of finance and venture experience on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. Prior to her entrepreneurial calling Lee was the Senior Vice President at ZZ Ventures, where she led investments in disruptive technology startups. And before that, she had a successful career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley, Evercore Partners, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York and Palo Alto. Lee holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania with dual concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management.
