In 2018, we served as counsel in more than 200 venture financings raising close to $4.5 billion, including some of the largest and most prominent deals of the year. Since 2008, we have handled approximately 2,800 venture financings with total proceeds in excess of $39 billion. We have one of the top venture capital practices in the country, and over the past decade have represented more venture capital– backed companies in the eastern half of the United States than any other law firm.
