In 2019, we served as counsel in more than 225 venture financings raising in excess of $5 billion, including some of the largest and most prominent deals of the year. Since 2009, we have handled more than 2,800 venture financings with total proceeds in excess of $40 billion. We have one of the top venture capital practices in the country, and over the past decade have represented more venture capital–backed companies in the eastern half of the United States than any other law firm.
