WilmerHale invites you to participate in the 2016 CompStudy survey of equity and salary compensation for executives at venture-backed life sciences and technology companies. The survey is co-produced by Park Square Executive Search and WilmerHale, in association with academics from the University of Southern California.
Complete the web-based questionnaire by Friday, September 2 to receive a full year of online access to the published results, including valuable historical compensation data and analysis, at no cost. The study, now in its 17th year, has yielded essential information to keep venture-backed companies and investors informed of current trends in senior executive compensation and organizational structures.
The CompStudy survey takes approximately 60 minutes to complete, and can be filled out by your company's CEO, CFO or Head of HR. All submitted information is kept confidential and names of participating companies are never shared.
