Avery Reaves is a of the Corporate Practice where he counsels life sciences and technology companies on corporate and securities matters, with an emphasis on public offerings and counseling, mergers and acquisitions, and the representation of early-stage companies and investors in seed stage, venture capital, or other financing transactions.

Off the Clock: Exploring our town’s hiking trails with my wonderful wife and daughter and our beagle and trying to squeeze in the occasional round of golf.

Favorite App: Probably Pocket Casts at the moment, but the Kindle and NYT apps and Headspace are great too!

Daily Reads: The Wall Street Journal, Dealbook at The New York Times, the Pro Rata and daily emails, and TechCrunch

Favorite Books: Dog by Phil Knight, Hatching Twitter by Nick Bilton, A Man in Full by Tom Wolfe and The Firm by John Grisham. Currently working my way through Pappyland by Wright Thompson and Trillion Dollar Coach by Eric Schmidt, Jonathan Rosenberg and Alan Eagle.
