It’s trite but true, there’s nothing more exciting than working with people who are excited about what they are doing. enthusiasm is infectious!
Experience: I advise clients, from through exit and beyond, on a variety of matters relating to compensation including equity compensation, nonqualified , incentive plans, and executive, , severance and change-in-control agreements. My practice also involves advising on the tax consequences of a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, spin offs, formation, financings, restructurings and public offerings.
Off the Clock: With three young children at home, there’s not much time for hobbies. But we are spoiled living in DC and like to take advantage of all of the incredible Smithsonian museums on our doorstep.
Favorite App: I’m regularly on Instagram, Spotify and Audible.
Currently Reading: Nigel Slater’s Kitchen Diaries never get old. They’re a perfect combination of beautiful prose and delicious food. I’ve also recently read and loved The Heart’s Invisible Furies by John Boyne, Old Baggage by Lisa Evans, The Maze at Windermere by Gregory Blake Smith and Pachinko by Min Jin Lee. And when I’m not reading for myself, I love discovering new books (or re-discovering classics) with my kids.
