Working with brilliant creators and stewards of cutting-edge technologies, and helping them to build, strategize, and navigate challenges—over the long term—is incredibly fulfilling and gratifying.
Representative Experience: I have successfully built a substantial practice working with local, national and international clients, advising startups and venture-backed companies, underwriters, mature public companies, and buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions.
Favorite App: I can't limit it to just one! I like Strava, Fantastical, Flipboard, Kindle, Waze, NPR Music, Spotify and Sonos.
Daily Reads: The Wall Street Journal; The New York Times; Boston Business Journal; and numerous tech, life sciences and law blogs (see what I did there?).
Favorite Books: I’m in the midst of getting (slowly) through Wynne’s War by Aaron Gwyn, The Emperor of All Maladies by Siddhartha Mukherjee, The Dead Hand by David E. Hoffman, and Master of the Senate by Robert A. Caro.
Off the Clock: Spending time with my wife and two young kids tops the list, hands down. Road cycling is a pretty close second.
