I really enjoy working with clients to set up the policies, practices and approaches to employment issues that will serve them well both as they are and as they grow. And it’s fun to learn about all the exciting technologies and innovations that our clients are working on.
Representative Experience: My practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment law. I've guided many in legally compliant responses to employee concerns and complaints; counseled early-stage companies in investigations of employee misconduct (including diversion of company resources and harassment) and subsequent responses and actions; advised several growing companies in employee classification review and development of overtime policies and guidelines for engaging independent contractors; and assisted a number of clients on issues around hiring, firing and performance management.Favorite App: Duolingo
