I enjoy working with entrepreneurs who are excited about what they are doing every day. Working with individuals and businesses who want to change the world in some way never gets old. I have worked for technology startups in one capacity or another since I was in high school.
Representative Experience: I regularly negotiate and advise technology companies on a variety of intellectual property licensing and other commercial transactions, including agreements for software and hardware development and licensing, manufacturing and , advertising and marketing, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital investments. I've represented a broad range of clients, including companies involved in online advertising, web services, e-commerce, software, computer hardware, semiconductors and solar power.
Off the Clock: Lately, my free time tends to be spent playing Legos with my two-year-old daughter. This generally means that I build a structure at her request, then she destroys it.
