Representative Experience: I focus my practice on the taxation of domestic and cross-border corporate mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as international restructurings. My practice also includes the taxation of partnerships and limited liability companies engaged in investment activities and real estate activities. Also, I'm a certified public accountant.
Off the Clock: I am interested in collecting wine. It is fascinating to learn about the history of the various wine-growing regions and to learn that the same grapes make very different wines, depending upon the soil condition, the weather and the winemaker.
