My favorite thing about working with is collaborating with the founders to help them realize their goals, whether that’s assisting with a financing so that they can hire new employees and grow exponentially or advising with respect to a merger transaction in which they are being acquired for a significant .
Representative Experience: My corporate tax practice focuses on taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions and lending and financing transactions. I also have extensive experience in state income taxation and state sales and use taxes. Recently, I’ve assisted various clients with questions regarding their obligation to collect sales tax in light of the Supreme Court’s 2018 decision in the Wayfair sales tax case.

Favorite Book: I love to read, but it is hard for me to pick a favorite book. I read an eclectic mix. I enjoyed Michelle Obama’s Becoming, but I also devoured the Crazy Rich Asian series.
Off the Clock: My perfect summer day is spent at the beach with a good book. On a crisp fall day, I love to hike; I’ve hiked Mount Washington several times although my more recent hikes with my 8-year-old daughter tend to be shorter. I spend many winter weekends skiing in Vermont with my family.
