I like working with because I get to work directly with founders who are always very creative, very smart and very excited.
Experience: I work with on their tax and executive compensation matters, helping them understand how taxes impact their business and the things that they should be thinking about as they're moving forward. I help companies with corporate transactions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and lending and financing transactions. I also work with partnerships and LLCs on formation, investments, and transactions. I also have experience with executive compensation matters, including equity compensation, incentive plans and issues.
Off the clock: I try to do the New York Times crossword puzzle every day. I also have a dog, and spend time with him and my family. On weekends, I like to go to Maine whenever I can, particularly during the summer.
Favorite Books: I love a good mystery; the Inspector Gamache series by Louise Penny is a favorite of mine. I also really loved Bel Canto by Ann Patchett and Cloud Cuckoo Land by Anthony Doerr.
