It's amazing to see what all these great entrepreneurs are doing and how excited they are. They bring so much energy to the mission of their company, and I love being able to help them execute on their business plans and achieve their goals. 

Launch Moment: There’s nothing better than working with some founders to set up their company and see that company hire employees, enter into customer contracts, build its amazing technology, get financing from stellar investors, and really move their company to the next level. That’s what we did for RunSafe, as well as other emerging growth companies we work with. More recently, we were so excited to see our client Kindur launch its innovative retirement platform, and we just closed a $50+ million financing for our client Federated Wireless, which is a pioneer in the CBRS (Citizens Band Radio Service) field. These are just a few examples of our tech founders and companies achieving their goals and objectives.

Off the Clock: My kids are teenagers and are so much fun as they explore new stages of their lives. I love keeping up with them—whether that is driving them (my second job) to their various activities or just chatting about the latest developments. When I’m not with them, I am on the board of STEM For Her, a nonprofit organization providing opportunities for girls and young women to pursue STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) related careers. When you go to one of our programs and you see these girls, you are amazed at their intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm. Their passion and spirit grab you.
