The most satisfying experiences for me include working in a collaborative way with emerging life sciences and technology company clients to help them reach a goal or achieve success. Occasionally, that includes opportunities to work with clients as they hit a home run, which is always a thrill, but simply helping clients realize their goals and form and carry out their business plans is also gratifying.
