Social entrepreneurship can be a nebulous concept, because companies fundamentally exist to turn a profit before any considerations of social good. The B Lab is trying to change that with its “B Corp” certification program for socially beneficial , and the Harvard Business Review studied the 2,000 B Corps worldwide to see how well their countries’ laws support the concept. A great read for cross-border entrepreneurs especially.
