- Peter Buckland, a partner in our Palo Alto office, is vice chair of the Corporate Practice and co-chair of the Emerging Company Practice. He represents companies that range from to established corporations, with a focus on software, Internet and digital media, devices, energy and clean technologies.
- Daniel Zimmermann is a partner in our Palo Alto office. He advises emerging growth companies and technology on a variety of and finance matters, as well as exit transactions such as public offerings and mergers and acquisitions.
