Mr. Alper is a counsel in WilmerHale’s Financial Institutions Group, whose practice involves the representation of financial institutions in supervisory and enforcement matters regarding both traditional consumer finance and emerging technologies. He has a particular focus on helping clients ranging from established financial institutions to individuals and startups understand the legal rules and best regulatory practices regarding blockchain technology.
