In 2020, we served as counsel in more than 200 venture financings raising in excess of $10 billion, including some of the largest and most prominent deals of the year. Since 2010, we have handled approximately 2,700 venture financings with total proceeds in excess of $48 billion. We have one of the top venture capital practices in the country, and over the past 25 years have served as company counsel in more IPOs and sales of eastern US venture capital–backed companies than any other law firm.
