WilmerHale Advises Datanomix in $12M Growth Capital

Datanomix, a leading production intelligence platform for precision manufacturers, recently announced that it secured $12 million in new growth capital during a financing round led by MK Capital and Joint Effects. Founded in 2017, Datanomix provides high impact, low burden operational insights to industrial manufacturers. The new funding, which also had from Hub and existing investors, will be used to drive the company’s geographic and digital expansion.
The WilmerHale team advising Datanomix was led by Gary Schall, Elijah Soko and Cindy Sullivan.
