WilmerHale Advises Altiostar Networks in $60M Venture Capital Financing

Altiostar Networks, Inc., a company providing solutions for the mobile broadband industry as the first provider of Virtual RAN (vRAN) with Ethernet front haul for software-intensive LTE eNodeB, has held the initial closing of a $60 million Venture Capital Financing.
The WilmerHale team was led by Partner Mark Borden and included Senior Associate Caroline Dotolo and Associate Alyce Chen.
