HoloBuilder, Inc., an Internet software and services company offering construction professionals and real estate agents the opportunity to create and share 360-degree views of their building, announced the closing of a $2.25 million venture capital financing.
The WilmerHale deal team representing HoloBuilder included Daniel Zimmermann, Scott Schwertscharf and Nimish Sheth.
