WilmerHale Honored as "Innovation All-Star"

The Boston Business Journal and Mass High Tech have named WilmerHale to the 2013 "Innovation All-Stars" list, an annual program that recognizes outstanding companies and individuals "whose products and services help our Innovation economy thrive." WilmerHale is one of only 15 companies and the only law firm included in this list.

The firm was identified as an "All-Star" for its preeminent emerging company and corporate practices that have helped thousands of entrepreneurs successfully launch their companies; raise billions in , venture and strategic financing; and take their companies to sale, IPO and beyond. WilmerHale's QuickStart program (now QuickLaunch) was also highlighted among the factors for the firm's selection to the list. This program provides and other emerging companies with guidance and legal advice to get off the ground and gain a competitive edge at a price they can afford.
