Level AI Secures $39.4 Million Series C Funding to Transform Customer Experience Intelligence
On July 23, 2024,
Level AI, an artificial intelligence company that specializes in customer experience intelligence and automation,
announced that it successfully completed a Series C funding round of $39.4 million. This latest round of funding brings their total raised to date to $73.1 million. The round was led by Adams Street Partners, with significant contributions from Cross Creek, Brightloop and notable CX leaders. Existing investors, including Battery Ventures and Eniac Ventures, also solidify Level AI's position as a frontrunner in transforming contact centers with AI.
